Terms of use

90+ (90plus.football) is a free game of skill for predicting exact football scores. You play against friends in mini leagues and in a global table. It is not gambling - there is no betting, it is not played for money, and no money is required to take part.

By using 90+, you accept these terms.

You sign in through a login provider (e.g. Google or email). You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure and for what is done through it. One person uses one account.

The following is prohibited:

• multiple accounts, bots and automated manipulation of the standings;
• attempts to breach, overload or otherwise compromise security;
• offensive, unlawful or misleading text (names, messages).

The team name, avatar and messages you enter must be decent and lawful. We reserve the right to remove inappropriate content and to restrict accounts in case of a breach.

Points and standings are calculated according to the rules published on the site. Match and result data comes from external providers and may contain errors or delays. We reserve the right to correct points and standings in case of incorrect data or established abuse.

If we offer prizes, they are governed by separate terms for the relevant campaign. Prizes are not monetary stakes and taking part remains free.

The service is provided „as is“ and „as available“. Interruptions, changes to features and temporary or permanent discontinuation are possible.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 90+ gives no warranties and accepts no liability for indirect or consequential damages, nor for inaccuracies in match data coming from third parties.

We may restrict or terminate an account for a breach of these terms. You can delete your account at any time from „Manage account“.

We may update these terms. Continuing to use the service after a change means you agree to the new version.

These terms are governed by Bulgarian law.
